Lead Times

Lead times are the process time it takes for an item to be made. All products have different lead times based on the products size and complexity. The individual lead time for each item will be stated in the products description.

Important: We will always try our best to process orders quicker than the stated lead times, but during busy periods, overall lead times will be greater and this information will be shown near the top of the home page.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland.

• Orders of £100 or more qualify for Free Delivery.
• For orders under £100, a delivery fee of £5.99 applies.
• Allow 2 - 3 working days for all deliveries (this does not include process or production time).

Couriers

Currently we use several courier companies depending on the size and type of item being sent. You will receive an email from ourselves and the chosen courier when your order is booked and ready for delivery. Most items will be sent Monday to Friday, between 8am - 8pm.

Timber

Sustainably Sourced Timber

All our timber is sourced from local FSC certified sawmills and timber merchants.

What does FSC mean?

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) insure that certified forests are managed with consideration for people, wildlife and the environment.

This means that the trees that are harvested are replaced or allowed to regenerate naturally. Parts of the forest are even left entirely to protect rare wildlife and plants. Also, the forest owner must use local workers, providing them with training, safety equipment and a good salary, supporting the local community.

Packaging

We now use 100% recycled cardboard and any plastics used are made from over 30% recycled materials.

Made-to-Order Products

Need a slightly different size? Made-to-Order products can have minor changes made to the current dimensions on request. Please contact us to confirm any small changes before placing your order.

Custom Made Furniture

For major changes to an existing product or to have a completely new bespoke product made, please contact us and we will work with you to design and make your perfect piece of furniture.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Ready-to-Ship items are made in small batches and come in one size only. Being already made, these products have a shorter delivery window, but can't be altered in any way.
